If you have already applied and were successful in your application, all payments will be made before 31st March 2019.

If you have a credit meter, the discount will be credited to your energy account and will appear on your bill or statement.

If you are a Pay As You Go Energy customer and have a smart meter, we’ll try to send the credit directly to your meter. If we can’t send the credit directly to your meter or you don’t have a smart meter, you’ll receive a letter with instructions on how to redeem the credit.
